ok so we have an A,B,and C list of invites just in case right?(friday night have to guarantee 110 people)
well what do you do with the invites when it says RSVP by a certain date and say you dont make your minimum then you wanna send the B list out right but do you have to get different invites then because they will have an RSVP date on them that has already past??

You don't need new invites b/c the B list is going to know they are B list anyways. There is no way to really hide it.

i would make sure they had different rsvp dates
