A blue, blue New Year's . . .

Since FH's back is badly injured he can't come to me, and his dad and his wife are puking, so I can't go there- it is going to be the first NY's in 4 years that we won't be together when the ball drops. I am so sad

I'm sorry! I know the feeling. DH always works on New YEars. This is actually the first one we actually WILL be together. Try to go out and enjoy yourself. Happy New Year!

Just think, in less than 7 months you will be married=no more lonely nights!!!!!!!!!!

Dan is a cook so he works for EVERYTHING...luckily he got a few days off for CHristmas this year...

I am alone also on my first Married New Years!

What does everyones DH or FH do that they are working?

My DH works for ConEd and use to always work almost every NYE but not this year!

This is the first we got to celebrate together as a married couple since I got really sick last year & we cancelled going out, This year we stayed home had some snacks, drinks, cheese fondue & watched movies!
