My dad would have fainted right there in the church but I think the dress is amazing and she looks great in it.

I thought there was a girl here on LIW who was doing something like that. Based off the Gone with the wind Red Dress that the main lady wears.

I think, she looks fabulous...and will go down in history for being unique and bravehearted.

Fantastic dress.........very stylish, and I love how the BM are in black haltar dresses....very good choice considering the dress

I wish I had the guts... I almost wre a lavendar dress, but in the end it ended up looking like cr@p

I knew I remembered someone on the boards wearing a red dress...
MarciaD did....and she looked gorgeous in it!!!

That is a great color on her, but man. . what do you do withthat train? I went to a wedding wear the bride wore pink. SHe had it made based ona dress Geena davis( I think) wore to the Oscars. It looked great on her. SHe & her husband Are the type to do whatever they can to be different, but it still looked pefectly bridal. She also wore a scarf on her head instead of a veil.

I love it! Not a fan of the train but I love the idea of a red dress.

I wanted a red dress but my Mom and MOH talked me out of it. So my BM's are in red.
