I was wondering if any of you had contact info for a company that hands out coffee and bagels to your guests as they are leaving your reception. I think its a great idea but am having trouble finding the vendor.

Floral Terrace offers this type of 'NYC Cart' as an extra with the hall. Maybe your hall offers a similar extra where you pay per person?

yeah I have seen it as an extra in a few venues we have looked at but someone recently told me there is an indep vendor you can hire to do this and depending on your venue (obviously if they dont offer it as an extra)you can have them waiting outside in the parking lot.

The Rolling Bean - they're a vendor on LIWeddings.com!
Our RH hall provided us something like that, but instead it was called Cordials...not many of our guest took part (which stinks, since we paid for it)

i went to a wedding at floral terrace where they had that, it was a HUGE HIT!

I looked into rolling bean and tobo foods....I thought they were both expensive for a bagel and cup of coffee....I forget the prices, but I know it was around $4-$6/pp.

im not sure if you booked your hall yet but Marina Del Rey just added this! The last time we went they said they got a donut machine and will be giving donuts and coffee to guests as they leave...and the best part is that its at no extra charge!! worth taking a look at if you havent booked

I just went to a wedding where they handed us a paper bag of hot Zeppoles (sp?) on the way out.. I had never never seen that before at a wedding, I think it's a cute idea!

really?! maybe they meant zeppoles instead of donuts?? haha still cool though!
