#1: 60 days prior, but I would go closer to guarantee that it doesn't expire

I know there's a vendor on here that does them, they did the air fresheners that get sent out with the t-shirts sometimes. I can't remember the name off hand, but if you do a quick search through the vendor list or FM Client Services I'm sure you can get it.
