A DJ

A DJ

Saw a dj company last night that I loved when I saw them at a showcase at Floral Terrace. FH likes them too but they are 500 dollars over our budget.

What do I do?

Should I shop around and risk getting someone that is not as good for less money?

I don't really know DJ companies so I do not know who is good and who isn't

I went over my budget in everything so you probably don't want my advice...

but I say if you really liked them a lot, go for it $500 is not bad in my opinion to go over your budget.. $1000 or more is bad lol.

You know what I think our problem is (mine and FH's I mean)..

I think we just didn't know how much things are supposed to cost. We just kinda estimated what we THOUGHT we should spend on certain things. We didn't actually have any idea if it was a feasible budget though. Or any basis for our budget.

For instance I knew from the beginning I wanted tall centerpieces - We budgeted $2000 for flowers... the tall centerpieces themselves are over that price - not even including the giant bridal party lol We just didn't realize.

I know
My flower budget was 3000 with 24 tables.

That was a shocker LOL

I keep stressing because I am so upset lately over money and the wedding. I have to stop because it is no longer fun.

look at a few more DJ's it wont hurt and i bet you can get a better DJ at a lower cost. I spent WAY less then what I budgeted for DJ/MC

By any chance are they Big Hits???

I went to the showcase in October at Floral Terrace and I thought they were so professional. FH and I met with them last night and even though it was a bit over budget, we fell in love with them.

edited for spelling!
