A dress poll for a rainy Tuesday

A dress poll for a rainy Tuesday

Which dress do you think would work best for a bustier gal? I was afraid that #1 might flatten out the girls....

There is one more dress I'm looking at, but for some reason the designer is really mysterious about her site

ETA - never mind about #3 - its the same dress so I removed it.

I am going to say the sweetheart neckline..

#1 will probably flatten you out..

#2 is too low.. I tried on only strapless.. I am a 34 D- while that is not too big-- I felt more comfortable and it looked much better when the strapless was higher..

#3- I read somewhere that sweetheart was good for bustier girls..

But in the end-- you need to try them all on.

First of all, you have great taste. What a gorgeous set of choices. I don't want to get too personal but how busty are you talking about -- I mean, I really like #2 best style wise and it could be lovely on an hourglass figure but a double d would be terrible and might do better with something like one which looks like it offers more support --I think it is a corset the first one, yes? 3 is a little too distant to be able to appreciate details.

wow - impeccable taste. I think #1, if fitted properly to you, will flatten out the ladies in the best possible way. #2 willl make you seem bustier.

They are both lovely. Are you going to try them both?

very good insight ladies - I'm a 36 D -
not over the top huge - but enought to make some things look messy -

I may start looking at sweetheart necklines - thats a great idea!

Thanks ladies!!!!

When you look.. ask for strapless that are cut higher.. I cannot tell you what a difference it made.. A much cleaner line..

Oh, and I SO hear ya on the messy thing..

I hate my boobs.

Ok - I'm actually writing down what you said so I can ask for it when I go -

I get tired of my boobs too - I don't say it much because so many people actually pay to make them this size - Nothing ever fits right.

I know what you mean.. I am much smaller on top-- and my wedding dress needed to ordered larger just to fit my boobs in..

What designers are you looking at?

I would also say dropped waist styles.. This elongates your torso so you are not all boob, then poofy skirt.
