A Few Of My Fav Recipes to Share

Here are a few recipes I like to make on the holidays and will share with you girls.

1. Meatballs:

1 lb lean chop meat
1/2 grated white onion
2 eggs
bread crums
dried parsley
italian seaonings
parm. cheese
fresh garlic
black peper
(eye ball all the above)
Mix in ball, they place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. Come out great!

2. Spinich Dip

1 round fresh baked rye or pumpernickle bread (not sliced)
1 container sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 package of dry veggie dip mix
1 package of chopped spinich (thawed)
Mix all ingredents and cut out center of bread. Put dip into the bread bowl and cut up the left over bread for dipping. It was a hit last night at our holiday party.

3. Taco Dip

1 pk of cream cheese
1/2 jar of salsa
1 can of no bean chili
1 bag shreaded chedar cheese

Layer each of these and bake at 350 degrees for 30 -min Serve warm with nacho chips.
