Jen I got the frames in a dollar store & got gold spray paint and got FH to paint them.

Ohhh - everything looks great! I may steal you idea to put the starfish on the baskets - where did you get them? Also, did you have the placards written or did you print them up yourself?? I am the same day as you and obviously a little behind!! Thanks.
