serendipity yum!! it was chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate and caramel.

yummmmm my friend had that at her wedding and it was unbelieveable!!!!!

the lounge area looks soooo awesome with the snow and lights!!!!! everything looks gorgeous!!!!

They havent done any new things yet like I heard they were but we opened the wall and uplight the whole thing and it looked very pretty.

they were starting to paint and do more now that the holidays were over as per my converstation 2 weeks ago. Lets see what they say next week when I go for my menu

Did Tom tell you they were changing the cocktail hour menu???? He told me at the LI Weddings showcase that they were. I am going tomorrow night to see if they did and to get my direction cards for my invites too!

I went last night.....
so no they didnt for us at least we are still off the old menu. I know Tom told me they were going to change the menu and we could have a choice. I met with Elmer and he was so eh I didnt really care for him. I felt extremly rushed and he wasnt able to answer alot of my questions. Like when all the updates to my room were going to be done because it still looks the same and Tom PROMISED me it would be done by March. Also we had a little bickerment about Ice Sculputers becasue I could have swore it was standard to have them at CH but I wasnt going to really care in the end. And I am def making a cake tasting appointment because I was told they could do more then the book I should say Tom told me I could go to Francesco's and bring pictures of what type of cake I wanted. So I have to see about that.

And I am going to call the bakery tomorrow on my lunch and see what goes on.... my friend who is getting married on March 27th at Westbury Manor went to 'our' bakery and had a great tasting. I want what she had!

She tasted a bunch there and they let her box up what she didn't eat to take home to her FH

yeah I thought so too but it doesnt say anywhere on the thing I got when we booked so oh well I wont miss it and I refuse to pay $300 extra for frozen water. I forgot to call I saw what they gave Jill(jilliebean84) it was alot. Alot more then the stupid book had last night.
