A Few Questions for girls already married

1) Who put your pew bows on before the ceremony?

1) Who put your pew bows on before the ceremony?
The florist

2) Who brought the Unity Candle and remembered to take it at the end of the service?
I didn't have one, but you generally bring it to your rehearsal (if at church). If not I guess you could have a BP member, reader, or DOC do it.

3)How did you give out your favors?
They had them set out on a table in the lobby as people walked out.

1-- the florist put on the pew bows

2-- we didnt have a unity candle

3-- favors were placed on each table setting

1 & 2 dont apply to me

3 - we put one at each place setting

1- DOC put pew bows on, but if you dont have a DOC, your florist can do it, OR have FH and the groomsmen do it. They were originally going to put them on.


2 - DOC handled the Unity Candle. If you dont have a DOC you can drop off all of your church personals in a box labeled with your name. Designate someone to take it after the ceremony.


3- Favors were delviered by Morgans Bay and were distributed to each place setting by one of the employees at my hall

1 - Florist handled the pew bows

2 - The unity candle was with all my church stuff that the DOC took with her that morning.

3 - Favors were on the table

my aunt

we brought it to the RD. it was kept in the sacristry, and then after the ceremony my aunt took the candle for us

3)How did you give out your favors?
had the RH place them on the table based on how many couples/ families were sitting there

i really wanted to put the favors on the table at each place setting but my BM at the RH told me it wasnt a good idea and that people will go around taking them before the reception starts.

-the florist

-we dropped it off the day before. Our priest packaged it back up for us & gave it to one of the GM.

3)How did you give out your favors?
-we had the hall set up a table with all the favors. Once the first group of people came up to us to say good-bye, we quickly distributed all the favors & said quick good-byes. Then we got back on the dance floor. They always play the best songs at the end of the night.

First two questions don't apply but...
Our favors and table numbers were together...we did apothecary jars with truffles that had tags w/ people's names and the table numbers.

favors were on a table and we handed them out as ppl were leaving

1. florist
2. it was such a crazy rush but it was either my mom or the DOC who took it. you should assign a family member or friend to do just that.
3. depending on the favor you can leave it at the place setting or have the maitre d' organize the distribution. we had donations, so the donation cards were on the table.

Do you have a picture of this?

1 - our florist (Pedestals)
2 - we brought our unity candle to the church at the rehearsal and they set it up for us the day of the wedding. i have no idea how it got back to us lol i think the church and the limo company took care of it (All Star)
3 - we brought our favors to the GCH the week of the wedding. we had godiva favors so they put one at each place setting before everyone arrived.
