A Good NY Wine

Can someone please recommend a good NY wine (doesn't have to be expensive)? Dedecakes post about the wine ceremony inspired me!

I would like to use a California and a New York wine to symbolize FH and I coming together. He's from NY and I'm from CA and we have spent most of our 3 1/2 year relationship 3,000 miles apart. I think the two wines together would be the perfect way to symbolize us coming together in marriage and also FINALLY LIVING IN THE SAME STATE!!! The same house actually... EVEN BETTER!

Pindar out east and Bully Hill (I think that's what it's called) in the Finger Lakes.

There's another one out east that has a dog as a mascot. . .can't think of its name.

One of my dear friends and bm gave bottles of Pindar Vineyards Beajolais as favors at her wedding. It was fabulous!
Pindar is a North Fork Long Island wine....I like all their wines actually.

Pindar is very popular. One of my favorites is a Pinot Noir from Palmer. What's your favorite kind of wine?

Thank you all soo much for your help! I prefer blush wine if I'm going to drink a glass or two, but for the ceremony it can be white, blush or red.

You would like Pindar Summer Blush or Spring Splendar.
Duckwalk has a good blush wine and another company with a good blush is Martha Clara.

I know alot of great Ca. wine if you want but not NY as much. I recomend you go out east and taste, It may cheaper to get it from the winery.

I might have to send the FH wine shopping to try all the wonderful wines you have suggested!!!!! I'll see if I can find any of them in town.
