On Wednesday we went to the accountant and although I was worried that we'd have to pay we are getting back almost 4K from Federal and only have to pay state $100!
Then yesterday I did the last of my name changes.....the dreaded DMV The woman there was such a BIOTCH!!!!!!! wanted to smack her! But all done!!!!!! I am now officially Mrs. Z.

YOWZA!!! It took five months to get all your name changes done???? Or did you wait until you had to renew your DL or something?

If it was the DMV in Huntington, I had the same snotty bi-otch! when I changed my liscence. was she at the lovely information desk? Congrats otherwise on all of your accomplishments this week!

On the advice of my accountant I waited until after the new year to change DMV & SS. Everything else I've had done for awhile. DMV I waited this long because I had to be able to get there after work & since I don't drive I had to work around my DH's rotating schedule as to when he could take me when they are open until 6pm. I wish Huntington was one that was open later but only Amityville or Hauppauge so I went to Amityville.
