A Healthy Brownie Recipe

A Healthy Brownie Recipe

At my WW meeting, my leader told us about this recipe. I went home and tried it and it was really good. She said that it has a lot of fiber. She thought it would be a great chocolate snack.

Recipe:
1 box of brownie mix
1 can of black beans (drain and purre)
1 cup of water

*follow the rest of the directions on the box. Spray pan and cook according to what the box says. Don't add eggs or oil. Just add these three ingredients.

So, I tried it and it was good. It doesn't taste like it has beans in it at all. It taste like a 'low fat' snack. Try it, it was good.

Instead of the black beans, use pumpkin in a can.

Devil food cake mix
libby canned pumpkin
fill the can with water and mix
Oven 350
Not sure of the time, but you can check as you go.
It tastes just like a devil dog if you add a little cool whip.
Yummmm-o
