FH and myself are in the process of buying a house!!! It was my neighbors sisters house and she is selling it to us for a good price. It's in lindenhurst actually 2 blocks away from where my parents live. Its 100x100 piece of property and has a pool. It does need some work.. It's a 2 bedroom but with a upstairs that they dormered out but never finished so it will end up being a 4 bedroom. The plus is we aren't going through a real estate so we won't have to paying all those extra fees... That just made my horrible work week that i was having better

I think your FH graduated high school 2 years before me. The house is in the village close to fireman's park
i think 1998... funny bc this past weekend we were talkign about him and highschool. do u kno him?

Congrats ! That is so exciting...me & FH will not be getting a house anytime soon unfortunately. It must be a weight lifted off of your shoulders though to be given the opportunity. Just looking around and working with real estate agents is very stressful. At least you won't have to deal with any of that !
