Broad Street is in the Wall Street area. The J & Z trains stop there, I think. What is the cross street?

ste is suite. So, this is probably on the 19th floor. Have photo ID ready with you in case there is building security. Since this is near Wall Street, there will most likely be security. If you tell me the cross street, I can look up the subway stop for you.

STE is suite.
Definitely get a suit - you should never go to any interview in less than that.
You can take the E to 42nd and transfer to the 2,3 there. I wouldn't recommend the J,M or Z - they're not the safest of lines.
As far as the money, it depends on what type of job it is and what qualifications they require. If you need a college degree and a couple of years of experience, yes, it's too little. If it's entry-level or you don't need a degree, it's probably on par. Also, see how big the company is to get an idea of what promotion opportunities are available. In other words, if there are 15 people in the company, the likelihood of you moving up or ever making much more than $30K is not great. If it's a big company, then look at this as your starting point with a lot of potential, both for job and for money.

You can take the F downtown to Delancey Street and transfer to the J or Z downtown to Broad. I'm sorry - I don't know about express buses.
Good luck!

STE means suite, so you would go to suite 1920.
Honestly, IMO, I would say for $30k, it may not be worth your time. Between train fare into the city which will cost you at least $200/month, plus subway fare which is another $100/month, you might not be actually making that much.
You could just go for the interview to get the experience and see how you like the city.

50 Broad Street is between Beaver and Exchange Place (a block from Wall Street) You can take the E to the world trade center stop then walk to the office. It is only about 4 blocks or so. A STE is an abbreviation for a suite
Where are you coming from? There are a few busses that come down here (I work a block from Wall Street as well). I LOVE working down here. You don't get the same hustle and bustle as in mid-town.

STE means Suite
Here is a subway map, you should be able to transfer somewhere along the line
$30,000? to low for what? Its not enough to bring me into the city, but I suppose it depends on what you do.
ETA: yes I agree, must wear a suit!

Anything downtown is usually VERY formal.
Definitely get a suit.

omg u all r amazing!! its like in 10 minutes u guys helped me debate in my head whether or not to go on this interview, the pros and cons of all situations, clothing, advancement, money and how to get to this location.. ur all the best!!!!!!!!!!!
personally i come from queens, and i dont know if all the commuting, money and energy/time is worth it for the money b/c the hrs r 9-6 occasionally later and the advancement is unpredicable cause the company is sooo small.i really want something in midtown...
thanks again for all the amazing advice!! either way im buying a suit to b on the safe side for future interviews:)

Definently get a suit, even at job fair's you need to have your suit on.
First impressions are everything.

Everyone's given ya great advice, Michi .. but I would have to concur that you DO need to wear a suit for your interview, no doubt. And that you should greatly weigh the pros/cons before figuring out if the salary is worth it. 30K seems like not much given all the $$ you'll be spend commuting, but ya never know
If nothing else, DO go for the interview... it'll get you into 'interviewing practice' again
Good Luck!!

Hey Michi--congrats on the interview. I agree that for any interview, you definitely want a suit. The best is a basic black skirt suit because you can go very conservative (with a button down shirt) for downtown/finance kind of interviews or you can go a little more trendy (bright colored shirt with a neck scarf) if you were interviewing in advertising or marketing. Let me know if you need places to buy suits--I've got plenty of experience in that area

Def. wear a suit - it will make you stand out from any other applicants that don't wear one. Remember dress for the job you want.
As for express buses I don't know where you live in Queens but I used to take the QM1A from Fresh Meadows to the Wall Street area. You can check the schedule at express bus
Some of the other lines may also go down town, Triboro, Jamaica, etc.
Good luck!

I work down the block from that address! From Penn Station you can take the Express 2 or 3 to Wall Street and walk a few blocks...
I take the 4 to Bowling green. It's right around the corner.
