A lil bit of good news...

Mom is being released home a week from today. She will be able to rest up at home before the wedding! It could be a good thing because she will be happier but a bad thing because there are so many things that are unsafe for her there. More to trip on I guess

A friend of mine is a TV meteorologist and I asked her for a forecast for the wedding day:

'It looks like we have a system headed our way for Thursday of that week. It should be out of the area on Friday. After that, the weather should be quiet. Looks good for Saturday and Sunday.....so far. Can't tell you about temperatures yet. I will keep an eye on the weather situation for you over the next week and keep you updated.'

SO NO SNOW FOR MEEEEE!!!!!

We hired an RN for her. I insisted on it. We are using one of the private duty nurses who cared for my father - she is very close to my family and knew FH and I before we got engaged. She actually cared for Mom last year when she had open heart surgery .She even came to my father's funeral so we trut her implicitly with my mother's care. It will give us all peace of mind and she is so excited to come to share HAPPY occasions with us!
