So I got my little letter in the mail yesterday from Westbury Manor saying that I won the Thomas Knoell Jewelry. Now if I'm not mistaken, on the raffle sheet didn't it say 'free earrings or headpiece up to $175?' I get it in the mail and it says 'Free earrings for up to $200 with the purchase of $300 or more!' W T F? If I knew it was that I would have picked something else. So basically I won squat!
That is ridiculous!!!!! You didn't win anything! That 'gift' just benefits the company

Hmm, I got the same letter from Chateau Briand. I just thought it was a letter - didn't realize it was from one of the raffles.

u paid to enter the raffle? cuz i got a letter from the company cuz i went tot he Chateau briand showcase.. i got the same letter as u. ( i think?)
i know they are scams cuz i always put the 1st 4 letter of my last name instead of the entire thing..so thats how i know if they mass mail.

No I didn't pay - at the Westbury Manor showcases they send a raffle sheet and you check which ones you want to be entered in and the box said 'Thomas Knoell - Free headpiece or earrings up to $175.'

i got this letter too. i think everyone at the showcase got it. This wasnt the raffle price. Don't they announce the raffle prize at the showcase? They just want u to come in and spend money and theyll throw in earrings ..

i just got my prize... $250 off custom wedding bands from Elsa Jewelers.. the problem is we aren't going to use them.
FH wants to go back to the diamond district where he got my e-ring b/c the guy was so great to work with.
I wish you could use it towards something else (like day of earring which I wanted to purchase or an anniversary ring, etc.
