Well I invited 160 and I think we will only end up with 125-130. (we will make our minimum of 125) but i wanted at least 140 people there. I dont know perhaps i am being silly. All my fam and friends are comming so i wouldnt even know the people who say no but ugh i dont know lol

ITA. It's natural to want everyone you invited to come...but it would be worse if you didn't make your mininum. Try to look on the bright side...it will mean a smaller bill at the RH More $$ to spend on your HM

that's still a good turn out. I'm only inviting about 15 people over my minimum, so I'm REALLY hoping I don't go under and have to start inviting last minute guests. That's gonna be weird.
As long as the people you love are there, it's not gonna matter that it's not as much people as you had originally wanted.

when we sent out invites we SWORE that we couldn't think of anyone who'd say no aside from a few out of towners....what a suprise it was when we invited about 260 and ended up with 225. it's normal..don't feel too down about it! the most important people will be there - and honestly, that day it wont even be a thought in your mind!

I know how you feel. I worry about the amount of people actually showing up. As of right now we plan on sending out 125 invites, our minimum is 100. I'm just hoping we don't have to worry about getting 100 people cause I don't really have anyone else to invite and I hate to pay for 100 is say only 80-90 show up.
Maybe I can dig up people somewhere... I don't know. I just worry that not enough people will come.

As long as your close family and friends are there, thats all that matters. It doesnt matter if your mom's boss's cousin's mother shows up.

that sounds about right, normally they say 20% of guests invited say no and it's usually pretty accurate. Don't be upset.

I invited 265 guests and only 199 showed up...i assumed everyone was going to show up Nevertheless, all the important people that I wanted there...was there, and that's all that mattered to me. On top of that We managed to save all the money for the guests that declined and that is awesome!!!!!

Aww I understand the feeling. It's such a special day for you so you want everyone invited to be there and to find it equally as special. But like others said, at least you made your minimum and have close family and friends there.
My family and are I worried that our list is growing too big but I'm sure in the end, we'll be worried about meeting our minimum!
