A little prayer I've come up with to 'sabotage' the bachelor party.

Dear Lord,
As you know my FH is about to attend his 'last night of freedom' one last night out with 'the boys' before he's ALL mine and I have him painting the ceiling on Saturday nights and going for walks on Sunday mornings. Yes, his bachelor party is upon us.

I am not asking for you to grant me peace of mind or to keep him safe. I am not asking that the cab driver refuse to drop them off at a 'gentlemen's club.' I am not asking for the bars to run out of beer and liquor by 6 pm. I am not asking you to have him change his mind and request a nice night out with me instead. I am however asking for a miracle....

Please Lord, let all the strippers in the tri-state area come down with the flu, the measles or the chicken pox on the date of his party so that he has no other choice but to watch 12 hours of ESPN with the boys or play Madden '06 on XBOX, if you could also arrange for ESPN to play only good highlights of the JETS so that he doesn't become saddened on his happy night out with friends that'd be great as well.

Cheryl you are too cute, I love the prayer that would of in handy for one of my friend last year when she was getting married. She hates hates hates strip clubs or anything to do with girls stripping, shaking their Ta Ta's or butts in her man's face.

AWww poor thing!!! I remember making a similar prayer two years ago when FH was heading to a Bparty, felt sick to my stomach the whole weekend.

yeah, this whole time, my FH has been saying he doesn't want to see strippers, then his uncle talks him into it, saying it's for the groomsman, not for him, blah blah blah and now all of a sudden, I'm like: oh great!

even his Mom was like, yeah, they have to go to a strip club for the groomsmen! aaahh!

YEAH, what the f*** is that about???? FH assures me no hotels when i give my only 2 stipulations: no vegas, no hotels. then when his bro tells him his plan, he doesn't bother telling him it will upset me in the slightest....grr. one of FH's friend did tell him this morning that he felt the hotel was out of line and should go....i heart this friend!!! (he still won't tell his bro to change it though.... )
