A little sad & maybe a bit selfish

I miscarried about a month ago, and are eagerly awaiting the chance to TTC again. One of my co-workers announced her pregenancy today and yes, she has the exact same due date, as I would have had.

I am EXTREMELY happy for her, but a little piece of me wishes that it was me too that was still pregnant.

Hopefully next month, please send some major dust my way

I feel for you so much! How you are feeling is very normal especially with the due date, not selfish at all. So try not to make yourself feel guilty about feeling that way. By not feeling guilty, you can allow yourself to mourn the miscarriage. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't feel like you do right now.

Try to have faith that what is meant to be will happen very soon. Even when you don't feel the faith, have faith that you'll soon feel the faith. My friend is going through something very similar right now and I know it can't be easy.

Michelle.... Your feelings are normal for your situation. My cousin went through something just like this last month. It was rough on her ( I'm sure like it has been for you) but with you discussing it helps the healing process.

Michelle, Those feelings are totally normal. Dont feel guilty about how you feel. Know that you will always have a precious angel in your heart.

It is normal! I would rather hear that it bothers you then having you say it doesn't mean anything. (Do you know what I mean!)

Michelle, I think you are being completely normal!!! I can't imagine anyone wouldn't feel sad and a bit envious hearing the same news. Hell... I feel sad and envious FOR you.
BUT... The future holds good things for you. This I am sure of.
