A little scary--first day at work

Today was my first day of law firm life and it went really well--much better than expected actually. Most of the day was training and I didn't get my first assignment yet. But it was a little scary to see my name along with 'Associate Attorney--Business Restructuring and Reorganization.' A little too grown up, you know? At least my officemate felt equally overwhelmed when he found out he was working on a $500 million acquisition. 'That's a lot of money,' he said. Sure is....

Ooh bankruptcy! I like all our bankruptcy attorneys - we actually never hear from them so that's why! LOL (j/k they are actaully very nice people too)

Good luck and don't forget to take a bit of a break during the day (and evening!) and walk outside for a bit. Don't be chained to your desk!

Thanks!! Luckily, I'm in the perfect locale to take a break. Unfortunately for my wallet, it's usually going next door to Banana or, my real weakness, Ann Taylor Loft

Ah yes working in Midtown has it's disadvantages too! LOL

By the way there's an Aerosoles that just opened up on 6th Ave and 50th. Yes!!!!
