A MAJOR NWR CHECK..I almost forgot!! But it is the most important one!!
I think I had mentioned that I went to the doctor a month and a half ago and my blood pressure was extremely high.
Well to be more specific....my BP was 180 over 110. My doctor informed me that I was at a level that I could have a stroke. Considering I have always been at a normal BP this was very alarming to me. I knew that I was feeling overly anxious and thought it was from stress over work and the wedding. but I didn't realize it was that bad.
Well when my doctor found out I had been placed on the pill she immediately asked me to stop taking it. She put me on a low dose of Bp pills and we waited for the birth control to be out of my system to really get a sense of where I was at.
So yesterday went to the doctor and my BP was at 118 over 80. Although, we think it was mainly due to the pill, she wants to keep me on the BP meds for the next 3 months, if all fares well then I will taken off the meds.
This has been weighing heavy on my mind the last month or so, but I am sooo glad to find out I am back to normal!!! Well regarding to my BP I am back to normal...I doubt my mental state is normal!!![]()
