If you wait too long, FH's friend who is an amazing wedding videographer WILL be booked.
If you wait too long, the hotel you want to block OOT rooms at WILL be booked.

I am a big procrastinator, but luckily, I have been getting everything so far (fingers crossed) as far as major vendors. I need a big old kick in the butt!
