Staples, Office Depot. There are places online you can also get it from.
Try paper-source.com or paperandmore.com
Paperandmore.com sells sample packs so you can see what the paper looks like before you order it in bulk.

Re: a million questions......
Party City has some. BUt for standard invites I have seen the best prices by far at Jack's World in the city- 45th between 5th and 6th. Also if you want to make DIY pocket invites etc- check out paper presentation on 19th street between 5th and 6th

Re: a million questions......
we got our engagement party invites from walmart, 50 for $15.00 (including rsvp and envelopes) and we printed them out ourselves... they came out soooo nice. We're making our own for the wedding too.

Ok if any of you guys diy'ed your invitations - besides Michaels where did you get your card stock from? Thanks!
In the city. There is this store I forgot the name of it. I think its located on W 18th between 6th and 7th. They have all kinds of paper. I used to shop there for paper while I was at school. Thats how I knew. Check out their site www.paperpresentation.com
