If you all really think one day of not buying gas is going to do anything to stop a war, withdrawal troops from iraq, curb the greed of white haired old men, end outsourcing, give you medical ins, or whatever the hell else you think it may or may not do then you are RETARDED!. So a gas company loses 1 billion dollars today. Tomorrow when you go buy gas they will make twice as much as they normally do. If you want to do something pro-active sell your car, ride a bike or take the bus, OR buy a gun and kill yourselves.

I mean, I agree with the idea that it really isn't going to do much. Price gouging at the pump is going to increase now with the summer months coming up, regardless of how much is not bought on one day....

but the last part? ehhhhhh.

i dont think people should kill themselves..but its funny

That post is so true! If people really wanted to make a difference, they would have to stop buying gas for a while. Otherwise, take a bike or public transportation. I think people really play into stuff like that because it makes them feel like they are doing something about the situation.

Buying a gun and killing yourself though probably won't make a difference in gas prices at all
