Alcohol Age Compliance Restaurant Shops for an American Style Cuisine Restaurant.
Requirements:
You, the Shopper OR your Guest - must be between the ages of 21-27yrs old. (only one of you must be between this age group).
This person who is between the ages of 21-27yrs old must be willing to ORDER an alcoholic drink to see if he/she is carded for alcohol (you must at least order the drink, you can then take 1 sip from the drink and you do not have to finish the drink).
Scenarios:
If Shopping a bar shop, the shopper will be sitting at the bar, on a
bar stool (not a table in the bar), where the shopper will evaluate the bartender. The shopper who is between the ages of 21-27yrs old will order an alcohol drink to see if he/she is carded for ID. The other shopper (if applicable who is over 21yrs), will order 1 non alcoholic drink and both shoppers will share an appetizer $9.00 or less in price. Shoppers will reveal themselves when done to the manager and inform the manager if the bartender passed (carded shopper) or failed (did not card the shopper). The manager will comp the bill and take care of the 20% tip. No cost to shopper *unless your State does not comp alcohol to which our company will reimburse you. You will also receive a shop fee of $8.00.
If shopping a dine shop, the shopper will be sitting in the dining room at a table. The shopper who is between the ages of 21-27yrs old will order an alcohol drink to see if he/she is carded for ID. The other shopper (if applicable who is over 21yrs), will order 1 non alcoholic drink and both shoppers will share an appetizer $9.00 or less in price. *Shopper and/or guest must NOT be current and/or past employees of the chain restaurant.
*Shopper and/or guest must not work for a competitor location
*Shopper and/or guest must not frequent the specific location as a 'regular customer' and/or must not know any employees who work at the location you are applying for and/or be known.
Report:
You will be required to complete a quick and simple report when done answering a couple questions which will take you 5-10 minutes to complete.
To Be Eligible:
Before we can assign you a shop, we must have the Identification on file of the person who is between the ages of 21yrs old - 27yrs old as we must see proof of age.
We will need this person's Driver's License and/or State ID submitted. We must be able to see the Person's Name, Photograph and Date of Birth. All other personal information can be whited out.

Mail: If you do not have access to a scanner, digital camera, or fax machine, you can send a paper copy by postal service to: Nationwide Services Group, Inc., Attn: Age Compliance Shop, 10850 Pearl Rd - Unit D4, Cleveland, Ohio 44136.
When an acceptable copy of the ID is received, you will be notified that we have received it and informed of the next steps.
Pay Periods:
Nationwide Services Group, Inc. (NSG) pays all shopper fees and reimbursements if applicable via company check. We do not use PayPal. Your address on your application must be accurate and up to date to ensure payment. NSG pays their shoppers 2x per month.
Any shops finalized between the 1st-15th of the month is paid the 1st week of the following month. Any shops finalized between the 16th-last day of the month is paid the week of the 15th of the following month. Payments may be subject to delay during holiday weeks. All payments are mailed via US Postal Service. Your sassie log will reflect if your payment is pending or paid. On the date your check is mailed, your sassie log will be updated to reflect a PAID with the corresponding date. You should expect your payment within 3-7 business days from the date paid. Your check will include your shop fee + any reimbursements if applicable on one check. Your responsibility as an independent contractor is to keep track of your own shop fees and expenses. Since you are working as an independent contractor for NSG, we do not withhold any portion of your fee for taxes. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year for labor fees (shop fees only - not expenses), we automatically issue and mail
