Wedding diapers. A bride will wear these on her wedding day if her dress is big and poufy and/or hard to get off/up. They were asking if any bride would wear one oor if any bride has wore one to call up... REALLY??? Who would do this???

Actually...
I read some article that Jay Mohr wrote in a Parenting magazine about how when he and his wife were potty training their kids - they wondered why their kids would be hesitant about 86'ing the diaper thing.
So they went out and bought adult diapers and put them on and wore them around the house and yes, peed in them.
This is what they had to say about them:
We got dressed, wearing our secret underneath. Now it was a waiting game. In hindsight, we should have drunk more water beforehand. Neither one of us had to pee right away, so we just walked around the house giggling. Eventually I said to Nik, 'The funniest part is that we're laughing hysterically and it's only a joke for two people.' She walked toward me slowly and replied, 'No, the funniest part is that you ... don't ... know ... that ... I ... am ... peeing ... right ... now!' She was right. The laughing reached dangerous levels -- the kind where you have to walk out of the room because you feel like if you don't stop, you will die. Suddenly I was jealous. Nik had peed in a diaper and I hadn't. I leaned against the wall, trying to will out a stream. When I was finally successful, it was euphoric. No wonder Jackie had given us such a hard time about being potty trained. Peeing in a diaper is a freaking awesome experience! To my surprise, it wasn't wet and disgusting. The diapers were amazingly absorbent, and whatever pee came out of me magically vanished into the lining. I'll be honest (heck, I've gone this far): I could easily wear an adult diaper every day. I want to wear one on plane rides and every time I drive to Vegas.
So, if my dress was huge and cumbersome... I'd SO wear them. No one would even know, you wouldn't be able to see it or anything if your dress was huge and poofy.
And now that I'm thinking about it... next time I drive to Michigan... and maybe on the way to our reception there... I might just wear an adult diaper. Because I have to pull over to pee ever 40 miles and girls -- that's a lot of stopping when you're driving to the midwest. LOL
