Hello there,
Well my FH and I decided we are going to do a lil honeymoon now since I am having a baby, and we are going to have our real honeymoon in May after the baby comes,
any ideas where we can got for a long weekend in Nov????(w/ Out flying)

Well how about a nice Bed and Breakfast place. Go to www.BedandBreakfast.com and you can either go somewhere far east (the Hamptons) or upstate...I know Rhode Island has a few nice ones as well, or Cape Cod...

ETA: By the way congratualtions on your new bambino on the way

I second the bed and breakfasts. Try Newport, Rhode Island.
