Have you ever printed labels at all? Its the same thing. You would have to set up under the label function the type of label and that is pretty much it.
Just make sure you buy the ones for ink jet printers if you have an ink jet, or the ones for laser printers if you have a laser. I once bought labels for a laser printer and used an ink jet and they NEVER dried.

Be careful! I just printed all the labels for my STDs and they seemed dry and didn't smudge. But then as soon as we wet the envelopes to seal them and stacked them up, the ink started wiping off. I ended up putting another clear label over the first on all of them so they don't smear off if they get wet while mailing. Do a test run first! I looked at staples for ivory/beige labels to use instead but couldn't find any to match the envelopes. Only white and clear. HTH
