Have any of you met with or used the house florist?
We met with him and really liked, and he gave us an awesome price but I was wondering what other girls thought. . .

Re: A Question for Fox Hollow Brides
I'm using the house florist. I've seen some of his work at the bridal shows and thought it was beautiful. He also gave me the best price (even better than Burton's). There aren't many reviews on him, but I figured that since he does all the landscaping at Fox Hollow (and I think Fox Hollow is beautiful) that he was a good bet. I hope. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I figured I'd lend some support.

Re: A Question for Fox Hollow Brides
I didn't see a sample of my cp (but I plan on it...and my cp is really simple). But I've seen the stuff he's done at the bridal shows and that is really pretty. Please let me know how your sample goes....I still wish there were more reviews about his work...
you can always wait until my wedding is over and I can let you know if I loved him or not....just kidding.

Re: A Question for Fox Hollow Brides
I met him at a bridal show and even though I am not using him for my bridal flowers or for my reception flowers, he was very informative about what i will expect from him at the ceremony. And he assured me he doesn't skimp on the quality just because we are only using him for the ceremony. He said he uses a variety of flowers and they are all white. - for the ceremony that is.

Re: A Question for Fox Hollow Brides
I am using him for my wedding this October. When FH & I met with him, we loved him. He gave us a great price. We are getting more for our money than with the other florists that we met with. He explained to us that my flowers are going to be made at Chateau the day of and if anything goes wrong with my flowers that day a replacement will be made immediately. We also liked the fact that he orders the flowers directly from the grower and we can change our mind on the exact flowers we want up until 10 days before the wedding. I am planning to go to the showcase at Fox Hollow on March 28th to take pictures of his work to send to my FMIL.

The fact that the flower shop is on premise is what also sold me. I liked the idea that if anything went wrong that he would be right there to fix it. Especially because I am doing my pictures before the ceremony, I don't wan't my flowers to look wilted at the ceremony.
I am going to the bridal show too. I want to talk to him about suggestions on flowers then too.

We went with Body Rock for the DJ. We met with a couple of other DJ's but we liked them the best. They will also be providing our ceremony music, since we are getting married at Chateau.
