When does a 0 point food start counting as points? For example - 10 baby carrots are 0 points. But what if later on in the same day, I have that again? Or any other veggie for that matter?
THanks!

i was told by my instructor that we are aloud 5 half cup servings a day for free.. i dont know if she meant core or points..but anything after 10 carrots i believe will start counting as points..calories will start to add up..but i always get confused with that stuff

Re: A Question for WW Ladies
I think up to 1 cup of raw carrots is 0 pts. I think 1 cup of cooked carrots is 1 pt. (because they cook down.) so I use the 1 cup rule for carrots. If I eat 1 cup or less, I don't count it, if I go over 1 cup I count 1 pt per cup.
Sometimes, if it is a packaged food and I eat say 3 servings, I just multiply the nutritional info and use the slide rule. Another thing I will do for dressings and sauces, etc. if one serving is 0 pts., I just calculate the # of calories I ate in total and for each 50 calories I count 1 pt. Hope that helps.
