A question from an 06er!!

On your wedding day, did you step in to the dress, or did it go over your head?

stepped into it, VERY QUICKLY! It has to be on the floor for you to pull it up. when I went for my final fitting and to pick up the dress my seamstress laid out on the floor carefully and yelled 'step in it now now now now NOW!' so that it doesn't get wrinkled.

Over my head...my waist and hips are not in proportion, so it would have been impossible to get it on otherwise. It was fine...

over my head. i had a big poufy crinoline slip, so stepping into it wouldve made it even bunchier.

over head- and when i peed i pulled up the front and sat on the bowl facing the bowl. It was soooo much easier.

stepped in. I sat in the hairdressers seat to long to mess anything up. And there was no way it would make it over my head. It was to heavy.

I agree! I stepped into it despite my seamstresses wishes.....
