to match our wedding colors ( red white and black)

we might do a red velvet cake with canoli filling

i dont know how it will taste together

i think the actual flavor is devil's food cake w/red food coloring. it's usually made w/ cream cheese icing. we were talking about it recently at work, so our boss came in w/some home made cream cheese icing.......YUM! next time she needs to make the entire cake!
