FH and I were moving furniture into our bedroom in the new condo and....
We knocked over the candelabra that his aunt gave us as an engagement present last year!
Shattered.
The good news is that I walked into Fortunoff's and they had ONE LEFT. It was on MAJOR discount because it was 'old' - and I got the floor model. So luckily, our AUNT won't kill us.
Moral of the story: Don't knock into presents from people you see all the time. If you have to break something, do it to a present from someone who lives far away.
