excuse the cursing- i posted this a few different places to let people know to be careful
i am definitely one to laugh things off even if its offensive. but this......this was just horrible and beyond disgusting. And ladies be careful on the subways.
So im on the R train on my way home and this guy gets on and stands in front on me and 2 other girls sitting. I didnt know these two girls...they were a lil hoochie which is maybe why he thought what happened next was appropriate but certainly unwelcomed. He starts licking his lips looking at the one girl and i notice hes got one hand if his pocket and i thought he was playing with change or something but he wasnt...when i actually looked down in that area (he was REALLY calling attention to it) i see the outline of his ******* penis....hes playing with his penis and pushing it against the front of his pants and definitely stroking it with the inside of his pocket. i almost threw up. i could tell the girls were uncomfortable too. When they got up at the next stop he followed behind them and rubbed himself against them and then stayed on the train. I noticed when girls were getting off f the train at the next few stops he would get really close behind them and then once they got off he quickly came back and stood against the door. and then every chick that got on the train he would stand in front of and do the same thing with his hands in his pants.
I have definitely got into my fair share of fights on the train (usually defending old people or pregnant women bc ******** who take up 2 whole seats dont move over) but i just froze. and i KNOW other people saw this....i know men saw it too and ignored. Not that i wanted my knight in shining armor to come and save me but i thought SOMEONE would say something. I was actually scared that i was going to be one of the last women on the train and he would follow me....all of these thoughts went through my head.

whoa.... that is definitely soooo freakin disgusting... what is wrong with people!??! some will do anything to get off on wont they?
and i thought the guy who choked on his own spit while sleeping and then spitting it out on the floor right in front of me was bad...

OH GOD! That's horrible! I am no mood lately for nonsense like that so I probably would have started yelling for the whole train to hear but it's horrible that no one speaks up for anyone else any more. Unfortunately, many people have the idea that someone else will say something so I don't have to. In this case, one of the men should have said something because of women's safety issues.
Once when riding on the LIRR a bunch of stupid drunk Mets fans got on the train and basically took up the whole car. They were cursing and disturbing the other passengers and one guy threw his 'empty' soda can onto the luggage rack and it spilled all over the poor guy sitting under it. One young woman asked them to have some respect for their fellow passengers and then they started making fun of her a little and they were going back and forth for awhile. One of the middle aged and slightly drunk male passengers eventually had enough and raced up to the most obnoxious guy and started swinging at him until an off-duty cop came rushing in from another car. I actually thought the little pr*ck had it coming and was glad he was put in his place. Maybe he'll think twice next time. Too bad that drunk guy wasn't on your train to teach that perv a lesson!

Alarming being that I take the SAME TRAINS AS YOU!
Have you read about the transit cops stroking each other at 71st and Continental? Apparently its a gay cop hook up spot???

WOW that's horrible! What's even more sad is how often this sh*t happens! this actually happened to me once.. I was on the W train (which by the way I used to take the R everyday and my mother still does)... so anyway... it was like 11am on a Tuesday and the train was pretty empty... except for me this guy and this older woman all the way on the other end of the train. so i look over at the guy because i can kinda feel him staring at me.. and he had his pants wide open and he was wacking off! I could CLEARLY see everything. And it soooo doesnt help that I'm practicly on the train all alone... I got off at the very next stop.. and my god that seemed like the longest time ever. When i got off I just kinda froze on the platform and immediately started thinking about telling someone.. but i was just frozen. i ended up getting on the next train still thinking i should tell someone.. but i neve did i just went straight to my bf at the time's house in total shock! it was a truly awful experience. some people have serious issues and they are just disgusting! what's even freaker is that usually the really bad ones have a history of some sort of sexual abuse. I dont know what goes through these peoples mind... but I hope karma catches up with them because they shouldn't be free to roam the streets. I'm sorry for what happened today. All I can say is.. all the people were probably silent because they knew he had serious issues and were probably just as frozen and shocked as you and i were.

You guys know you can report this type of stuff and the guy will get arrested, right?? We get these kinds of arrests at my job all the time (I work at the D.A.) and transit cops arrest these guys, they actually take that stuff really seriously in the court and those guys typically get about 5 days in jail. I know sometimes it's hard because he's going on the train or whatever but give the cops his description and they might find him at the next stop. It's gross and girls shouldn't have to feel like that, there could be kids and stuff on the train.

OMG i take the R and V train also. I'm so sorry you had to go thru this, people are disgusting!! I can't believe no one did anything some of the 'men' who ride the trains are inconsiderate jerks.

That is disgusting!!! People are sick! I had something similar happen to me on the subway a few months ago and ever since that I take the bus in the mornings.. It is more expensive and I have to wake up 20 mins earlier but at least I am not assaulted by perverts first thing in the morning!

OH MY GOD...
and you know what when i first saw it i closed my eyes so maybe he would go away. Now i know just to get up and go to the next car and say something. I dont think i would ever get on a train again if that happened.

Unfortunately that has been going on for years. I remember being on the train and it was very, very crowded and this guy was doing exactly that only with it out against a young girl and then actually finished off if you know what I mean. It was disgusting and a man did start yelling at him and he got off at the next stop. I don't think this will ever stop happening because there will always be sick people in the world.
