A Suggestion for GTG (about raffle prizes)

A Suggestion for GTG (about raffle prizes)

This is JUST a suggestion....

At some conferences I've gone to they do 'chinese auctions'.

You put out one raffle box for each prize and a little sign with information about each prize on the front.

Everyone is given the same number of raffle tickets (one raffle ticket per the number of prizes you have).

Then each person can decide which prize they want to put a raffle ticket in for. If you see a prize you'd really like to have you can put all your raffle tickets in that box or you can put one raffle ticket in each box.

That way people don't have to worry about winning a prize that they already may have (ex. veil or matchbooks) and people who don't have them have a better chance at winning them.

Again, this is just my suggestion.

Liars!!! don't let them fool you, I only put my # in for the prizes I wanted and they threw my # away Each time my # was pulled they picked another #
