A tie! FH is going to wear a tie (well at least I hope he is). I don't really like the look of a bow-tie

This is exactly what I told him: if you wear a damn bow tie, you will look like a doorman or a waiter

All of our groomsmen are wearing bow ties as well as FH (who is wearing a uniform). FH really loved the bow tie and thats what he wanted -- so I told him he could wear whatever he wants. Thats one of the only thing FH gets to choose, so its not fair to make him wear something he doesnt like.

Tie is my vote-FH was BM in his friend's wedding this weekend and he wore a tie with his tux. He agreed it looked AWESOME! I would suggest your FH try on his tux with a tie and then with a bow tie.

Bowtie all the way I think they look very distinguished, not to mention much dressier and more special. My DH and all of the men in the wedding party (including our dads) wore bowties. They looked SO handsome.
So does this guy:
i george clooney! i am his number one fan Hes so handsome he can pull anything off

i think it depends. if he's wearing a cumberbund (sp?), then i think a bow tie. if he's wearing a vest, i think a normal tie.
