I am so pissed off. The co know these trees where dead.

The tree was dead and the county knew this?

It sucks! And I know it too! A tree fell on DH's car in a park, while it was legally parked, about 3 years ago. Luckily he was able to jump back into the car and not get hurt. Insurance paid for it but we fought the town to get the rest of the out of pocket expenses back...we got some but they are so slow and won't accept blame. The tree was rotted out on the inside!
