A waste of 54 miles and gas (Vent)

I went to see a vendor today out in LI. It took me over an hour to get there and I spent all of 15-20 minutes with them.

They didn't offer any info except the price. I had to ask all the questions and then when I asked to see a demo they told me I could watch it on the web..WT F

I was so excited to see their work and was not impressed, probably the customer service was a turn off as well

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! I don't know how some vendors expect to get business if they don't even spend any time with their potential clients! What type of vendor was it, DJ, Photo/Video?

Photo/video and a really popular one on here..I've seen some of their work that they did with people on here but I was not impressed at their office.

Oh well..I have to make a few more appts

I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Imagine Studios for photo/video!! I haven't booked with them yet, but am planning on it once we finally decide on a date and book our RH and Church. They are a husband and wife team. Lia is the photographer, and her husband does video. All of the brides who have used them have said that they are great! Lia's photos are so amazing that I already know that I want her to be our photographer.

I also highly recommend meeting with Imagine Studios! The customer service is the best and Lia is very easy to work with. The price will vary on what you are looking for -- but she is good at working within in your budget. It's best to meet with her, see her work and then go from there! I bet you wont be disappointed -- I havent heard any brides complain -- all rave reviews
