'Don't sweat the small crap, odds are you won't care about it on your wedding day anyway!'
Hope this helps to relieve a little stress for others. It's helped me a lot!!!

I'm the kind of person who hears that, thinks yeah, that is so true........but then in 5 minutes I'll go back to stressing!

Re: A way to stay sane
it really is soooooo true!! im stressed now, but its more about being overwhlemed with errands, etc... not so much the 'little details'
the funny thing is that at the beginning, we were so focused on the wedding day and how to make it perfect... But now that we're so close, all those little things are kind of losing value. We're more excited about (officially) starting our life together. Whether or not the flowers arrive on time, or my nails look perfct, and the end of the day, we'll be husband and wife.
Dont get me wrong, if i'm paying an arm and a leg for things, i want them done right... but it does pale in comparison to what you and your husband will have, after all has been said and done

Love the saying!! I'll have to keep repeating it to myself!! I was at a wedding in October and I remember the bride telling me everything that went wrong but I didn't notice so I'm trying to remember that-easier said than done i guess

It is easier said than done...I think we just want our guests to be comfortable and happy. I'm personally not looking for perfection, but I don't want a disaster either...so I have to take it all in stride, life's not perfect and I can't make myself sick over all the darn details!
