Has anyone been to or have had their wedding at a venue in NYC or Queens/Bkl? We are thinking of having our wedding there, possibly like a coctail hour. Any advice???
I have been to a wedding at El Caribe in Mill Basin brooklyn and it was very nice. Good food. Going to another wedding there at the end of the month.
My cousin had his wedding at Waters Edge in Long Island City, it's on the water and you have a beautiful view of the Manhattan Skyline, you should look into it.
My friend had her wedding at Tavern on the Green and it was lovely (of course)! It is pricey, though when I called, it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be, around $90 per person for our time of year. That was too high for us, but depending upon your budget, it might work for you.
