FH and I have been looking forever and just can't seem to find exactly what we want for the right price. Believe it or not he is ridiculously picky when it comes to major commitments. Maybe that's why it took over 10 years to pop the question to me

Good luck! Sorry you can't go w/him...there are plenty of houses out there so I'm sure there'll be plenty of house shopping for you! Tell him to take pics! Thats what I had my FH do when I couldn't go.
