I really wanted to do Zoom teeth whitening since crest whitestrips or any other method arent really woking for me. I saved up enough money to do it and made the appointment. Now i just found out that they wont do it unless you get xrays and are cavity free. I know i have 2 small cavaties but i am waiting to get married and get insurance before i fill them. I cant afford xrays cavaties and zoom. Any suggestions??

Re: AAHHH- teeth whitening
I work in the dental marketing industry and my suggestion is to get a clear tray mold made for your teeth by your dentist and purchase the professional whitening systems that Colgate or other companies make with a high peroxide formula. This should do the trick is used properly and it is much cheaper than in office whitening.
The crest whitestrips you buy in the store do not have a high enough peroxide delivery for you to notice results the way you would want.
A lot of times people get carried away because the in-office treatment has the LED lights along with the peroxide whitening but, most of the time it's a gimick. Britesmile is better anway if your going to do a whiteer- I find this in my own personal experience.
I used Zoom and my mother used britesmile and her results were better.
Also, if you want to try an even cheaper way (about $200) I would recommend GoSmile, it's not clinically proven to work but, I have used it and noticed great results. This has even been on Oprah. You can find more information about this product online and I think you can buy it at Sephora.
Good Luck and FM me if you have anymore questions!
