Hey..... what are you looking to go to grad school for?
In my Tech Writing class (I'm a speech pathology major), we've been doing papers on multicultural training for speech-language pathologists. I've read enough d@mned journal articles on the subject.....

just multicultural education for teachers....its geared towards thos ein human services including social workers and child care

im choosing it cause i admit I need to learn alot more about people from different backgrounds, of diffrent colors and of varying economic levels.

You can talk about how the composition of America is changing rapidly and that as educators, it's important to lead changes that will lead to more tolerance and understanding.

Seriously, when I had to do stuff like that, I always found that a glass of wine was a huge help. Getting started always makes me SO tense. Good luck.

my main trouble is i was an english major for undergrad so all my writing is very high brow colloquial fancy schmancy...i need to tone it down for the education dept.

I feel for you!

I always said it stinks to write those things- they are so difficult at the time, yet after you are in and graduate, you could write them in your sleep!
