I don't know. I definetly think he did the last one but im not sure bout this one. I also don't think Kobe raped that girl They definetly had sex but I think she was ok with it.

I hope he gets what he deserves. I'm a father of a 4 1/2 year old boy, and it makes me sick to my stomach to see him beat the charges everytime. I hope these charges stick, and he goes to jail!

He 'beat the charges' once. Once is one too many but do you really think the parents of this newest child isn't to blame???? THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED!

people do lots of things for rich people to like them....and if mj asked most parents to leave the kids for an overnight most (lower income) would do it....i am not saying that ALL people would but i am sure that some would....just not me or donna....

Well I'll get burned for this one but...
Innocent until proven guilty.
I personally wouldnt send my children to his house without me and let them sleep over. Jackson's never been 'normal' but I still believe in the system. If he is guilty and they can't prove it without a shadow of a doubt then that does bite but this is why we have our legal system set up this way. It's unfaire to assume he's guilty based on pregitious and media. Finding an untainted jury is gonna be REALLY hard.
Even if he loses I bet you he pays money, does a course on anti-child molestation or something and is put on probation and not allowed near any child (other than his own) which is afterall a VERY good idea for everyone. Can't blame him if he has no child near him. If he 'abused' his own children it's pretty easy to prove.
Kobe on the other hand. I think it odd that they (the county) dropped charges against the guy who admits to being paid to kill Kobe's accuser. Still innocent until proven guilty but I think Kobe has the 'Im a good star' karma going and Michael has the 'Im a bad star' karma.
People WANT Kobe to be innocent and they WANT Jackson to be guilty.
I doubt I'll be surprised by any verdict in either of these cases. Odd thing is. If either of these things happened (and do happen) to an average Joe, this wouldn't be news and it would probably be all over by now.
