What are you afraid of? I went on the disney cruise- it was fun. I get bad motion sickness. I used a patch, and was fine!

Re: About cruises
Are you afraid of the ship sinking or something? Once you get on, you don't even realize your on a ship anymore. It's like a huge resort! I've been on a few cruises, and I love the Princess LIne, specifically the Grand Princess!!! If I find my pics I'll scan a few of the ship!

This is the Grand Princess...we went in July, and loved it!!!! We did the same locations as Stef (I think from looking at her photos)..Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Mexico, and ....I'm forgetting the last stop!
Ok here was my Janurary Cruise on Celebrity's Constellation. (it was my 9th cruise overall and my 8th on celebrity) Views from our Balcony in Antigua

Re: About cruises
I've been on one cruise. I'm going on a second cruise for my HM. We're going on Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Sea. It goes to the Southern Caribbean. It just feels like your in a really nice hotel. It didn't feel like I was on a ship, and there is soooo much to do. Plus you get to go to more than one island.

Re: About cruises
Went on the Celebrity Century the day after we got engaged and had the most amazing time...loved every minute! This was our first cruise so we were a little nervous....but ended up presently surprised.

Re: About cruises
What exactly are you afraid of? The water? Getting seasick? Feeling bored?
If you are at all worried, I would suggest taking a short cruise to test your sea legs so to speak. There really isnt anything to be afraid of but Im sure you will get a sense if cruising is for you by going on a short trip. I love it and so do lots of people - but its not for everyone.
