So, here's my problem... I had my whole bridal party planned and already picked out FG and RB and now FH comes to me and says 'i want my 8 year old niece to be a flowergirl' so i tell him we already have one, and he says 'so lets have 2'.
He wants his niece to walk down 1st and throw the petals and then the original FG to come down next (she is only 3)
has anyone every heard of this... I am so mad at him, well not really him but i know this had something to do with his family... they are always butting in!

I heard about alot of people having 2 flower girls I will tell you to first put the 3 years old to go on front with a little basket (bk) and then the 8 years old throwing the petals or also you can send them both of them toghether throwing the petals

How's about what we're doing? We don't have any girls - but 2 boys in our families...
We're having the ring bearer go first & then his younger brother following (right before me & my dad) with a bubble gun...so he's a bubble boy. You can have a bubble girl & get her the cute little basket with bubbles - i forget the name of the people who make it - but you can get them at party city...

i had 6 flowergirls... all sorts of ages... they were all my cousins and I couldnt pick between them, so why not include them all? did it hurt anyone? no... and i had som adorable photos!
I was just at a wedding with 2 fgs... it was so cute... one through flower petals the other just carried a kissing ball i think...

I originally had 2 FGs, my 2 nieces. I just found out that my FH 2 nieces will be able to be here from Florida.....so now I may have 4....ages 8, 6,6 and 3...I don't think. that additional FGs take anything away from the wedding. It will be okay.

I've heard about having 2 but IMO I didn't want 2 either. I'm in a similar situation but I picked both little girls (both my cousins). One is 4 and the other is 7...so my solution was to have the 4 yr old as my FG and the 7 yr old as my Jr. BM because she'll feel like such a 'big girl' and I'm having her in the exact same dress as the BM's so she'll be soo incredible cute as a mini BM
