Did you girls that booked already, have to make appointments with limo companies, or can you call and get a quote over the phone if you explain what you need?
I know some vendors want you to see their product before giving out their pricing....

Re: about limos
i was actually able to get most quotes over the phone. once i narrowed my search, FH and i went to the companies and looked at the actual limos so we could see what they looked liked. i was surprised though, most places gave quotes on the phone.

Re: about limos
anyone interested in skimming prices....can check out www.mvlimo.com
they have all their prices listed. They are on the Vineyard's recommended vendor list, that is how I heard of them.

Re: about limos
I have the price list for Royalty if anyone is interested. 14 passenger Lincoln is $500 for 3 hours - that fits 12 comfortably. When they say 14, they are counting the front seats, which you will obviously not be using.

I called and got my quotes over the phone. The only company we had to meet in person turned out to be a disaster. The company we booked, Double Diamond Limousines, is a vendor on nycityweddings.com and will even FM you a quote.

Re: about limos
I got some quotes over the phone and some through FM after I posted what I needed on the vendor boards.
