Do you have to get it in the same county you're getting married in? I live in Nassau County (Town of Oyster Bay) and am getting married in Baiting Hollow/Suffolk County?
Can I get it in the Town of Oyster Bay??

I'm pretty sure you can get it in any county - just has to be the state of NY!

Nope, definitely not
We got ours In Nassau and we're getting married in Suffolk.
In case you need the information, we just got ours this past week at the town of oyster bay town clerk annex in massapequa and it took 10 minutes...it was great
